Rosie Motene

Rosie Motene is a certified and registered counselor, life coach, breathwork, and reflective practice practitioner. She integrates her deep expertise in breathwork, trauma-informed care, counseling, life coaching, and activism to create transformative healing spaces. With a background in intersectional feminist advocacy, trauma counseling, and critical reflective practice, Rosie approaches breathwork and reflective sessions as tools for bodily autonomy, reclamation, and recuperation from patriarchal wounds.
Her work is rooted in decolonial and ancestral wisdom, ensuring that healing is accessible, empowering, and provides a sense of freedom and release. Rosie integrates breath, movement, storytelling, and reflective inquiry to support deep personal and collective transformation.
